RETURN POLICY

 

 

By accessing the website at www.roseandthorndesign.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. 

DELIVERY

 

ROSEANDTHORN DESIGN products are delivered within five miles radius of the city of San Francisco.

Deliveries will be scheduled between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Pacific Time. We cannot promise exact delivery time but will strive to accommodate your preferences. 

We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee if the distance is farther than five miles or if we make more than one delivery attempt. If we are not able to locate the recipient or authorized receiver, at the time of delivery, we may leave the flowers outside of the residence.

We are not responsible for any product order when the recipient refuses to accept it. We will not issue full refunds to any customer. Delivery fee will be calculated and subtracted from the cost of the product.

Please review your specific instructions for the delivery of your floral arrangement or pick up option. If there is an error made on the shipping information or if you chose the wrong option for delivery or pick up, your order may be delayed or canceled.

Before major holidays, we advise that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Note: Some of our designs include recycled material, which may have publicity or phrases/cut-off words that not necessarily reflect our values.  

PAYMENT

ROSEANDTHORN DESIGN uses leading security technology to ensure that your order payment information is safe and secure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as payment options. All orders are subject to California sales tax. Please, review this amount before submitting your order.

RETURN POLICY

If you placed an order and you would like to cancel, please contact us. The cancellation must be made 24 hours before the delivery date of the order. Scheduled orders canceled less than 24 houses are subject to a 30% fee of the total floral order,  If cancellation of the product is received after product delivery, a refund will not be granted.

There are no refunds or returns for products purchased on our website or storefront. All sales are final. However, you may receive a replacement bouquet only if: the wrong arrangement was delivered, the arrangement arrives in poor condition, or if the arrangement was never delivered. 

All orders that are chosen for pick up must be claimed within 48 hours. No refunds are granted if the recipient fails to do so, but you may schedule another pickup date. Refunds or replacements will not be made for any order that the recipient/sender did not notify us within two days of the original product order date.

TERMINATION

We may change or discontinue the website at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at our discretion and for any reason, without prior notice, and this agreement will be automatically terminated if you violate any of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. In the event of any termination, you will immediately cease access to the website. Any order issued before termination will be honored according to its terms and conditions.
